LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - The Office of Governor Steve Sisolak says that he has tested negative for coronavirus.
Officials said Wednesday that the Governor visited the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) offices in Carson City last week, where an employee later tested positive.
Sisolak did not have any direct contact with the infected person and had not been showing any symptoms of the virus, but out of an abundance of caution, canceled his in-person press conference on Tuesday that was supposed to detail Phase 2 of reopening the state.
Details of Phase 2 reopenings in Nevada were released online instread.
