Snow moves on but the cold sticks around

Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - After getting a taste of snow over the past couple of days, Las Vegas will be drying out for a few days. Drying up, but not warming up 

A Winter Weather Advisory for the region lasts through 10am Tuesday. After that, the area is expected to see partly sunny skies with highs only getting up into the mid-40s.

Snow fell is several spots around town, but was most prevelant in Summerlin and the western foothills.

Travel restrictions are in place for the higher elevations in the Spring Mountains, with vehicles required to have snow tires, chains, or 4-wheel drive.
