Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - As part of ongoing efforts to offer access to COVID-19 testing in neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley, local partners are offering free testing at Western High School this Friday.
Western High School, located at 4601 Bonanza Road at North Decatur Boulevard, will have walk-in testing available in its gymnasium starting at 8 a.m. No appointment is needed. Four hundred, self-administered nasal swab tests are available on both days on a first-come, first served basis for people with or without symptoms, including children and families. Patients are asked to wear face coverings, and to bring photo identification and provide their phone numbers.
All results, positive or negative, are reported to the Health District. Clark County, the Southern Nevada Health District and the city of Las Vegas are offering the testing in partnership with the Nevada National Guard, Elite Medical Response and American Medical Response. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to noon.
