Muskin had been hospitalized since the crash, with word coming that he passed away on Thursday.
Two people in the car that hit Muskin’s, Lorraine Alvarado and Kassandra Alvarez face charges connected to a robbery from which they were fleeing. A third woman in that car had charges dropped. Investigators say that Alvarez was the driver.
