Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - Henderson Police say a 12-year old boy shot and killed his 14-year-old brother at their home in Henderson Thursday night.
Officers were originally called to the home near Wigwam and Stephanie around 7:30pm. According to HPD, before they arrived at the scene, police were told that the 14-year-old had been rushed to a hospital, where he later passed away.
The 12-year-old was taken into custody at the home and booked into Clark County Juvenile Hall on a charge of open murder.
Henderson Police have not released any names of those involved.
The homicide os the first in Henderson in 2024.
