3 dead in North Las Vegas crash

Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – 3 people died Saturday night in a North Las Vegas crash that police say involved a stolen vehicle.

The crash happened just before 10:30 on Carey just west of Clayton.
Police say that a Kia Forte, that was later determined to have been stolen, slammed into a pickup truck as the truck was attempting to make a left turn from Carey onto a side street.

Two of the three in the Kia were pronounced dead at the scene, while the third person was taken to U.M.C. with what were described as non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the truck that was struck by the Kia was pronounced dead at the scene.

The identities of the victims have not yet been released
