
Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – Three people were killed and two were critically hurt when a car crashed into a pole at Martin Luther King and Carey early Thursday.
Police say the car was traveling at a high rate of speed when the driver lost control, with the force of the crash severing the car in two.
Henderson Police say that the car had been reported stolen.
The intersection of Martin Luther King and Carey was closed for nearly 12 hours as police investigated. The roads reopened around 11:30am
No other cars were involved. The identities of those involved in the crash have not yet been released.
