Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – The ACLU of Nevada has filed a lawsuit against the Clark County School District, demanding that the district release to them video of a scuffle at Durango High School between students and CCSD Police.
The incident happened back on February 9th.
Police originally responded to the school on calls of a person with a gun. In the video, a CCSD officer can be seen slamming a student to the ground.
The ACLU is representing three students who were part of the incident
