Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - The Animal Foundation is offering fee-waived adoptions, this Friday between 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. All adoptable animals in the shelter will have their adoption fees waived.
The fee-waived adoptions include spay/neuter surgery, microchip, and up-to-date vaccines for appropriate animals. A $10 license fee may apply.
The Animal Foundation reminds those interested that adoptions take place on a first-come, first-served basis for walk-in traffic, beginning at 11 a.m.
Also, do not bring any other animals with you when you visit. The AF says the most successful dog-to-dog introductions are staged outside of the shelter, and they’ll give you plenty of instruction for what to do when introducing a new member of the family
