CCSD football coach arrested for inappropriate contact with student

Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – For the second time in a week, a Clark County School District employee has been arrested on charges of inappropriate contact with a student.

45-year-old Antoine Washington is currently the head football coach at Valley High School.

According to court records obtained by 8 News Now, Washington faces nine felony charges including four counts of using or permitting a minor over the age of 14 to produce pornography, three counts of statutory sexual seduction by a person over the age of 21, and one count each of first-degree kidnapping of a minor and contacting or attempting to contact a minor by a person of authority for sex.

In addition to being the football coach, Washington also worked as a campus security monitor at Valley.

On Monday, a gym teacher at Calhan Elementary school was arrested on charges of lewdness with a minor under the age of 14.
