CCSD in need of crossing guards for upcoming school year

Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – Clark County will be holding hiring events each day this week, looking for crossing guard for the upcoming school year.

Hiring events this week:

·       Tuesday, July 25: Mission Hills Park, 551 Mission Dr, Henderson

·       Wednesday, July 26: Sahara West Library, 9600 W. Sahara Av

·       Thursday, July 27: Freedom Park, 3051 E. Washington Ave

·       Friday, July 28: ACMS Office, 4775 W. Teco Ave #235,

Each hiring event lasts from 10a-12p.

The job pays $16 an hour in unincorporated Clark County, Las Vegas and North Las Vegas.

While school hours vary across the valley, crossing guards work one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon. Successful applicants must be 18 years old, pass an agility and balance assessment and complete fingerprinting.
