The 111 new spaces are split between a planned 60-space lot located at 1621 S. Main St., and a planned 51-space lot located at 1311, 1315 and 1321 S. Casino Center Blvd. Both lots should be operational in January 2021 and will be managed and operated by the city of Las Vegas.

The parking will cost between $2 to $3 per hour depending on location and time of day.

“Downtown Las Vegas is the place to be with exciting attractions, experiences, eateries, breweries, art and more,” Mayor Carolyn G. Goodman said. “There really is something for everyone and we want to make sure that access is convenient for all. In addition to the parking, everyone is welcome to use the free Downtown Loop shuttle to hit all the hot spots.”
