Clark County offering several Covid vaccine sites this week

Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - Vaccination rates have picked up a bit in Nevada, but we still lag behind most other states.

On Friday, The Southern Nevada Health District said that a total of 2,148,571 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Clark County. The total number of vaccinations initiated is 1,247,173; the number of vaccinations completed is 1,001,160. Approximately 66.9 percent of adults age 18 and older have initiated vaccination. Approximately 54.5 percent of adults age 18 and older have completed vaccination.

Upcoming vaccination clinics are scheduled at the following locations and additional clinic information is available at www.snhd.info/covid-vaccine:

- Galleria at Sunset , now -Saturday, August 14, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., lower level - - CSN North Las Vegas, 3200 E. Cheyenne Ave., and 6375 W. Charleston Blvd Tuesday-Friday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Southern Nevada Health District, 280 S. Decatur Blvd., Monday-Friday, 6:15 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.
- All Saints Episcopal Church, 4201 W. Washington Ave., Fridays, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
