Capacity limits would move to 80% and social distancing would shrink by half under a plan by Clark County as part of the local COVID19 mitigation efforts.
Clark County will take over COVID19 response from the state on May 1, and outlined its strategy Tuesday to emerge from the pandemic.
As part of the plan, capacity and social distancing requirements would be removed once 60% of the eligible population (16+) would have at least one dose of the available COVID19 vaccine. Clark County sits at 44%.
The plan now moves to the state level for approval from the COVID19 task force and the Governor.
