It happened around 4:30am Tuesday on Flamingo between Arville and Wynn Road.

Police say that James Frasco was heading east on Flamingo and struck the victim, who was outside of a marked crosswalk.

The victim was identified Wednesday as Emanuel Alonzo-Manuel.
He died at the scene.

According to Metro, investigators followed tips that lead them to Frasco’s truck near Koval and Harmon. Police were let into Frasco’s apartment, where they found him hiding in his bathtub.

Frasco has been charged with failing to stop at the scene of a crash involving death. During a Wednesday court appearance, Frasco’s bail was set at $50,000

The incident was one of four auto-pedestrian crashes on valley roads Tuesday morning. Three of them were deadly, with the 4th pedestrian last listed in critical condition.
