
Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak is recovering after being involved in a crash at a southwest Valley intersection.

The accident happened just after 12:30pm Sunday at the intersection of Russell and Rainbow and involved a car being driven by Governor Sisolak and a second vehicle.
Both Sisolak and the second driver were taken to U.M.C., but neither were said to have suffered serious injuries. The Governor's office says Sisolak was released from the hospital and is currently resting at home.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
