HPD arrested 38-year-old Zachary Winningham on Sunday. He was booked into the Henderson Detention Center on a count of misdemeanor domestic battery.
Winningham is currently on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of an administrative investigation. He’s been with the department for nearly four years
