Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – The Henderson Police Depart reported on Tuesday that they’ve arrested a man they believe killed a woman over 20 years ago.

The crime took place on September 4th 2003 at an apartment complex on Gold Street, near Atlantic and Pacific Avenues. The woman, identified as 28-year-old Theresa Romano, died from blunt force trauma to the head.
