The Nevada Department of Corrections says Roberto Munoz did not return to Casa Grande Transitional Housing on Tuesday, and was determined to be missing during an emergency count.
The housing center is on Russell west of Valley View. Munoz had last been seen at a bus stop on Russell Road and Las Vegas Boulevard.
He was originally convicted on charges of grand larceny and possession of a stolen vehicle out of Washoe County.
NDOC officials did not release any information into the recapture as of Thursday afternoon.
