Time Magazine's third annual list of the World's Greatest Places includes Las Vegas.
100 travel destinations made the cut, including places like Sicily, Italy, and Memphis, Tennessee.
Here's why Las Vegas made the list:
“New casinos, new restaurants and an Elon Musk–developed tunnel system are among the exciting developments that are part and parcel of Las Vegas’ post-pandemic rebound…. despite the fanfare for other openings—it’s Musk’s innovation that is receiving the most attention. The 1.7-mile tunnel—the brainchild of Musk’s Boring Co.—opened in June to transport visitors between facilities at the city’s sprawling Convention Center. The chariots: Teslas, of course.”
The issue featuring Las Vegas and the rest of the 100 spots goes on sale Friday.
