Developers of the Fontainebleau Hotel on the north end of the Strip said they are targeting grand opening of the fall of 2023. Fontainebleau Development and partner Koch Real Estate Investments acquired the property back in February. It’s currently more than 75 percent complete.
It’s believed that the hotel will Fontainebleau will create 3,200 construction and 6,000 permanent jobs upon completion.
