Police say that 27-year-old Jaton Herder showed up at the business near Wyoming and Commerce to try and get his towed vehicle out of impound. They say that when the employee refused, a dispute broke out, which ended when Herder pulled out a gun and shot the victim several times.
The man, whose identity has not yet been released, was taken to U.M.C. Trauma, but died from his wounds.
Herder was arrested a short time after the shooting and booked into the Clark County Detention Center on a charge of open murder with a deadly weapon.
