Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - A portion of I-15 in North Las Vegas was closed for several hours on Sunday after police found a man shot to death inside of a car.
Police discovered the victim just after 7am on 15 South near the Cheyenne exit. Another person in the car, identified as 28-year-old Joseph De Luna, was taken into custody on charges of open murder with a deadly weapon.
The identity of the person who was shot has not yet been released.
Police haven't said what led them to the discovery of the body, but more details are expected to be released in the coming days.
