Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - A man was shot and killed Sunday morning by Nevada Highway Patrol troopers on the far northeast part of the Valley.

Troopers responded to what they said was a domestic dispute incident between a man and a woman in a car along Lake Mead Boulevard east of Pabco Road, but what caused police to open fire isn’t yet known. Lake Mead east of Pabco was closed most of Sunday afternoon for investigation.
Both NHP and Las Vegas Metro Police are expected to release more information on the shooting in the next 48 hours.
