Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – A dispute between roommates ended with one dead and the other under arrest for the killing.
Metro was called to the scene around 3am Sunday near Charleston and Christy and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. The person died at the scene.
Officers detained the victim’s roommate, identified as 28-year-old Jose Oseguera, and booked him into the Clark County Detention Center. Oseguera faces charges of open murder with a deadly weapon.
Investigators say that a dispute between the roommates broke out, which escalated to the point that Oseguera got a gun and shot the victim.
