Metro asking for help to find armed robbery suspect

Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – Las Vegas Metro Police’s Violent Gun Crime Unit (VGCU) investigators are asking for the public’s help find a teenager who robbed a man of $40, then shot him at a northeast ATM back in March.

Metro released images on Wednesday taken from the ATM located near Las Vegas Boulevard and Cheyenne in hopes that someone recognizes the gunman, described as a black male with dreadlocks, approximately 5’8” to 5’10” between the ages of 16 and 20.

The victim of the shooting survived his wounds.

He was last seen wearing clear glasses, black pants with a red bandana in the back pocket and a black hoodie.
