Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – A Las Vegas Metro Police officer was recently arrested on charges of open and gross lewdness.
Police say they first received the allegations against Officer Richard Landahl on September 21st, stemming from a report of bad behavior by Landahl at a chiropractor’s office where he was receiving treatment.
According to a press release from Metro, a judge has issued a summons in lieu of arrest for one count of open and gross lewdness, and Landahl is scheduled to appear in court on October 27, 2022.
Landahl has been employed with the LVMPD since 2017. He is assigned to the Community Policing Division, Spring Valley Area Command. Landahl has been placed on suspension of police powers with pay pending the outcome of the criminal and internal investigations
