On Wednesday afternoon, police say a teenage girl was walking in the area when she was approached by the suspect in a vehicle, a man later identified as 53 year-old Jaime Hernandez-Angeles. Police say Hernandez-Angeles asked her if she would like to enter his vehicle. An adult relative of the victim who was waiting to pick her up saw what happened and confronted the man before he drove off.

Police announced Hernandez-Angeles’ arrest on Sunday, but didn’t give out any more details. He’s due to make a court appearance on March 3rd on two counts of luring a child to engage in sexual acts. Hernandez-Angeles’ bail was set at $50,000
