Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – Sad news from Las Vegas Metro Police on Thursday, who reported that one of their narcotics K9s passed away.
According to Metro, K9 Ash suffered a sudden medical episode on June 4th. After initially being stabilized, Ash’s conditioned worsened to the point where he couldn’t be saved.
What caused the medical episode hasn’t been said.
Ash was employed by Metro for nearly a decade, placing 2nd in the vehicle search completion at the 2019 K9 Trials.
