Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – Las Vegas Metro Police have arrested one of their own.

The department announced Monday that Officer Dylon Carden was arrested and booked into the Clark County Detention Center over the weekend.

According to report from North Las Vegas Police, Carden tried to enter a home in the early morning hours on Saturday because he thought his wife was having an affair with the home's resident.

Carden faces one count of home invasion and one count of burglary. The department hasn’t released any more details on what lead to Carden’s arrest.

Carden has been with Metro since 2023. He’s currently assigned to the Community Safety Division, Bolden Area Command.
