UPDATE (3:30pm)- Metro Police now say that the body of Thomas Knack was discovered on Thursday near a Mount Charleston trail.
There are no signs of foul play and the cause and manner of death will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
ORIGINAL STORY - Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Missing Persons Detail is asking for the public's assistance in finding a man who was last seen on Monday.
Police say Thomas Knack might possibly be in severe emotional distress and in need of medical assistance. Knack was last seen in the area of Mount Charleston on Monday.
He's described as 5'8" and 140 lbs. with blue eyes and brown hair. He speaks English, however he has a heavy German accent.
