The shootings all happened within a couple of hours. A pair occurred near Cheyenne and Civic Center, while the third happened near Las Vegas Boulevard and Bruce.

In all three of the incidents, the victims were men. Currently the NLVPD hasn't made any arrests, nor have the identities of the victims been released. North Las Vegas Police are asking anyone who might have more information about the three killings to call them at 702-633-9111.

The shootings put an end to what was a weekend filled with violent crimes and fatal wrecks.

A Sunday night shooting in a northwest valley neighborhood left one person dead. Police say it occurred just before 11pm near Cheyenne and U.S. 95. Upon responding to calls of gunfire, officers found aa man in the street suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to UMC, but died from his wounds. Detectives said an unknown vehicle was seen leaving the area immediately after the shooting, but they didn’t give a description.

Police are looking for answers after finding human remains in a trash can near Charleston and Arville on Saturday night after someone made the discovery. The identification of the victim, as well as the cause and manner of death, will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.

Police also reported finding a body of a man near I-15 and Apex on Monday morning. How that man died hasn't been released.

And then there were the wrecks.

One person died after police say a driver doing a spinout lost control and rolled over Saturday night near Durango and the 215 Southern Beltway. A passenger in the vehicle died at the scene. The driver was taken to a hospital with what was described as moderate injuries.

Police say a pedestrian died after getting struck near Desert Inn and Pecos-McLeod Saturday night. Police say the driver was heading eastbound when they struck a man walking outside of a marked crosswalk. Impairment is not suspected.

In Pahrump, Nye County investigators say a child was killed when the car they was in was run into from behind by another vehicle on Stare Route 160 at Mile marker 43, closing the highway for hours.

Then early Monday morning, a woman was killed in a head-on crash at Farm and Tenaya. Police say the driver of the other car was arrested on charges of DUI resulting in death.
