Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - A young couple charged in the brutal murder of the girl's father pleaded not guilty to all charges during a court appearance Friday morning.
18-year-old Aaron Guerrero and 16-year-old Sierra Halseth are accused of killing Sierra's father, Daniel Halseth, back on April 9th. The coroner's report said Daniel Halseth had been stabbed more than 70 times before his body was burned.
Guerrero and Halseth were arrested in Utah a week after the murder and brought back to Las Vegas. They've been held without bail at the Clark County Detention Center ever since.
In addition to the murder charge, Guerrero and Halseth also face charges of conspiracy, arson, robbery and fraudulent use of a credit card.
After their pleas, the judge set a trial date for December
