Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – The upcoming Labor Day Weekend is one of the busiest times for traffic between Las Vegas and Southern California, and law enforcement agencies are teaming up to make sure it’s a safe one, too.
Both Nevada State Police and the California Highway Patrol will be joining forces to target drivers behaving badly along a stretch of I-15 between Las Vegas and Baker.
More than 300,000 people are expected to visit Las Vegas for the holiday weekend, with many driving up from SoCal.
The enforcement begins on Friday and continues through Labor Day Monday. The news release issued by the agencies says the even the most minor infraction will be enforced.
