
Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - Las Vegas Metro Police have made an arrest in one of two shootings that on Sunday that left one man dead and second in extremely critical condition.
The first happened early Sunday at PT’s Place at Charleston and Decatur. In that one, investigators say a man simply walked up to another man and shot him, then left the bar and has not been located since. The victim later died.
Using witness accounts as well as surveillance video from the scene, Metro Police on Monday announced the arrest of 24-year-old Anthony Balderas. Balderes was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on one count of open murder
Then just before noon Sunday, a man was shot in a room at the Sahara. He was last listed in critical condition at Sunrise Hospital. Much like the PT’s shooting, surveillance video is being used in hopes of getting a lead to find the suspect. No further details were released.
