Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – Another challenge faces Valley drivers this weekend when a portion of 15 South completely closes for construction.
Between 9pm on Friday and 5am on Monday, 15 South will be closing from just past Tropicana down to the 215 Southern Beltway. The Harmon Avenue onramp to 15 South will also be shutting down.
During the closure period, all traffic will be detoured on to the 15 South Collector-Distributor Road. Traffic will continue south on the CD road past the 215 Southern Beltway, then will be allowed back on to 15 South.
Paving work is the reason for the closure.
