
Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - The City of Henderson is inviting residents to learn about, and provide feedback for, design and safety improvements on the upcoming Henderson 215 Project.
Between now and February 15th, residents can go online for a virtual meeting that provides information on the project, frequently asked questions and a form to submit questions or comments.
Plans for the Henderson 215 Project include:
• Improved interchanges and ramps
• A new diverging diamond interchange at Green Valley Parkway
• A new pedestrian bridge over Green Valley Parkway at Village Walk Drive
• Widening I-215 from Pecos Road to Stephanie Street with two additional lanes in each direction
The $120-million project is funded locally by Clark County and will be managed by the City of Henderson. Construction is scheduled to begin in fall 2024 with an estimated timeline of 18 months.
