Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – Passenger numbers for September released Tuesday by the Clark County Department of Aviation continue to show a downward trend for visitation to Las Vegas.
For the month, just over 4.45 million people came through Reid International Airport, which was a decline of just under 6.5 percent from September of 2024.
International travel continues to be a big contributing factor to the lower numbers, with the month seeing a drop of 13.5% in international visitors from September of 2024.
So far, for the first nine months of 2025, overall passenger traffic is down 4.7 percent from 2024, which saw a record number of travelers using Reid International.
Southwest Airlines continues to be the dominant carrier at Reid, with Delta coming in second. Long-time second-place finisher Spirit Airlines came in 3rd, with the airline seeing a whopping 45% drop in passenger volume year to year. United and American Airlines rounded out Reid’s top five carriers.
