Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – Among the shortages faced by the Clark County School District as the fall semester began on Monday was a shortage of school bus drivers.

Now, the district is down one bus, as well.
Monday afternoon, a school bus caught fire on the westbound side of the northern Beltway, causing all lanes to be closed past Hualapai.
Only the driver was on the bus at the time and that person wasn’t hurt. Fuel spilled from the bus, and that was the reason for all westbound lanes being shut down.
