The company said the property will be shutting down at midnight on Tuesday. and that the 20 acres the building sits on would be redeveloped along with an adjoining 80 acres also owned by Red Rock.

The company also said that it would work to move current employees of the Wild Wild West to other Station Casinos properties.

Red Rock Resorts recently announced that it would not be reopening its Texas Station and Fiesta (Rancho and Henderson) properties, saying they would instead sell them and use the proceeds for developing current and future properties. That trio had been closed since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in March of 2020.
