Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – Las Vegas Metro Police say they’ve arrested a suspect in a trio of armed robberies that occurred outside of three different CCSD high schools.
The robberies all happened on Tuesday afternoon outside of Valley, Spring Valley, and Durango High Schools. None of the victims were hurt.
Metro says that a fourth robbery attempt was made, but nothing was taken.
Police say a teenager was arrested at a convenience store on Flamingo and Buffalo on Wednesday afternoon after a vehicle that matched the description of one that was used in the crimes was spotted. Because of the suspect’s age, his name was not released.
Police didn’t say if they were searching for any additional suspects.
