“Dropicana” is a nearly 3-year-project that will completely rebuild the Tropicana/I-15 interchange. Earlier this week, the exit ramps from 15 South to both sides of Tropicana were shut down. The ramp to westbound Tropicana will be closed for 9 months, while the ramp to go to eastbound Tropicana will be closed for 18 months.

A new, major wrinkle gets added starting on Saturday.

Following the Vegas Golden Knights game, Tropicana will be closed in both directions between Dean Martin Drive and New York New York for 8 days, reopening on Monday, January 30th. All ramps to and from Tropicana/15 will be closed as well.

The weekend of January 27th, I-15 will be closing in both directions between Flamingo and Russell.
