Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – Even though home sales have been on the slow side lately, that hasn’t stopped prices from continuing to rise, according to new numbers released Tuesday by Las Vegas Realtors.
LVR reports that July's median price for a pre-existing, single-family home in Las Vegas was $480,000, up $5,000 from June, and just shy of the all-time record high of $482,000 set in May of 2022
The median price for a condo or townhome in July was $296,000, up $1,000 from June.
Home sales have been stagnant as of late, as both buyers and sellers have been scared off by high interest rates and a low inventory of available properties.
