Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – The median price for a pre-existing, single-family home in Las Vegas is closing in on an all-time record high, according to new figures released on Friday by Las Vegas Realtors.
The median price is now $480,000. The number represents a jump of about $7,000 from October, and is just $2,000 shy of the all-time record of $482,000 set in May of 2022.
The median price of a condo/townhome actually dropped in November from a record high of $315,000 down to $301,250.
High mortgage rates continue to keep some buyers and sellers on the sidelines, with the 30-year fixed rate currently sitting at 6.84%.
