
Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – A Las Vegas dentist faces as much as 5 years in prison for failing to pay payroll taxes to the IRS.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Officer, Timothy Wilson withheld the taxes from employees, but never paid the IRS, which caused a tax loss of $289,654 from 2011 through 2014.
Wilson, who owned and operated StarSmiles Children’s Dentistry in Las Vegas and North Las Vegas, pled guilty on Thursday.
His sentencing is scheduled for April 24th.
In addition to prison time, Wilson may be ordered to pay restitution and other monetary penalties.
