Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – The median price of a pre-existing, single-family home in Las Vegas fell slightly in April, according to new numbers released on Tuesday by Las Vegas Realtors.
The median price in April sat at $480,000, a one-percent drop from the previous figure of $485,000.
Prices have held steady so far in 2025, with April’s slight decline coming as more homes hit the market with fewer buyers to scoop them up.
The median price for condos and townhomes in April was $302,700, also a slight drop from April’s figure.
According to LVR, the sales pace in April equates to more than a three-month housing supply. Last year at this time, Southern Nevada had less than a two-month housing supply.
