Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – Las Vegas valley home prices set an all-time record median price in January, according to new numbers released on Thursday by Las Vegas Realtors.

The median price of a previously-existing, single-family home in January was $485,000. The price was a jump of $10,000 from December, and beat the all-time record high of $482,000 set in May of 2022.

The median price of a condo or townhome in January was $293,000, a jump of $3,000 from December.

Home sales had been seeing a rough patch as higher interest rates had kept both buyers and sellers on the sidelines, but the Vegas market is showing resilience with the help of more homes currently on the market than in past months.
