
Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - The man who was the subject of an AMBER Alert that southern Nevadans received on their mobile devices Friday morning has been found and arrested.
Elko County Sheriff's Office authorities arrested Derek Rowley Saturday morning near HD Summit. Rowley was arrested without incident.
The two boys who were traveling with Rowley - 8 year-old Mason Rowley and 6-year-old Arson Mangum - were found safe and returned to family members.
Derek Rowley is currently being held without bail in the Elko County jail as he awaits extradition back to Utah to face charges.

Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - An AMBER Alert was issued Friday morning for a Utah man who was last seen with two young boys in Utah on Wednesday.
Derek Rowley is described as a white man with blonde hair and blue eyes. He has a tattoo of a crown on the left side of his neck, a tattoo of a skull on his right hand and tattoos on his left arm.
The kids, 8-year-old Mason Rowley and 6-year-old Arson Mangum, are described as white boys with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Mason Rowley is thought to be driving a 2004 gold Chevrolet Silverado with a flatbed, hauling a white 5th wheel camp trailer plate of Washington 51311AE. The Silverado’s license plate is Washington C66780T.
