
Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – Clark County casinos may have seen their monthly billion-dollar winning streak come to an end in April, but new numbers released Wednesday by the Nevada Gaming Control Board showed that overall, it was the state’s best April on record.
Nevada casinos took in $1.159B from players in April, up 2.7% from April of 2022
Locally, Clark County’s win for April came in just shy of $995M, up 3.5% from April of 2022. The win on the Strip was up 5%, downtown up 10%, the Boulder Strip up 5%, Laughlin up 2%.
Mesquite and North Las Vegas properties saw a very small decline.
South Lake Tahoe resorts saw the biggest decline, with the gaming win in April off 26% from April of 2022.
Overall in 2022, the Nevada casino win is up 4.3% over 2022.
