Sandoval, now president of the University of Nevada - Reno, was last seen on Monday night lighting the Al Davis Memorial Torch before the start of the Ravens-Raiders game.
Sandoval says he’s isolating for the next 10 days and that his symptoms have been “very mild”. He says he expects to make a quick recovery.
